Merewether’s Prince of Wales Hotel, colloquially known as ‘The Prince’, is one of Newcastle’s finest pubs; a constant landmark presence in our community since 1876. Locally owned and managed, The Prince has become a local institution: a place to enjoy a relaxed cocktail on the balcony, a place to meet up with family, friends and colleagues for a delicious bite to eat, a spot to watch footy with friends, a place to celebrate and dance the night away.
