Here at The Prince our legendary team work to create unforgettable guest experiences, always striving to be the best at what we do. We are looking for a creative, inspiring, and engaging Assistant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will suit a passionate and experienced hospitality professional, who truly understands what being hands-on means!
To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and attributes:
2+ years relevant experience in the industry
Experience managing a team of employees, creating, and developing strong healthy cultures.
Experience working in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
Ability to manage employee conflicts and resolve workplace grievances.
Work closely with senior managers on business performance, including but not limited to forecasting and labour costs.
Have a good understanding of workplace health and safety.
The ability to drive the business forward through suggestions for improvements and change.
